Book An Inspection
To book an inspection simply contact us at 250-819-7536. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and schedule an inspection for you. At the time of scheduling, we will provide you with a inspection number. We will then e-mail you with the inspection details such as time, date, location and cost.
To ensure availability, we suggest that you book your inspection at least 72 hours prior to your required date of inspection. We will do our utmost to work with your schedule. An average inspection takes between 2 to 3 hours on-site, as well as additional time to write your detailed report.
When booking an inspection, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Building type (i.e. detached, condominium, town house, etc.)
- Estimated size of the home (in square feet)
- The inspections service package selected (i.e. pre-listing, pre-purchase, etc.)
- Estimated age of the home
- Contact information for yourself and / or your real estate agent
- Any additional information or areas of special concern for yourself
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a previously scheduled inspection, please contact us at 250-819-7536 with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled inspection. We will cancel your appointment as directed. At this time you may also reschedule an inspection for a new date and time, based on availability.
Contracts and Standards of Practice
Copies of the HIA-BC Scope of Inspection are available for your review and will be emailed to you prior to the inspection.
